EEaster: ‘The Way Of The Lamb’ is a song that clarifies a lot of theology through imagery. At the same time, it’s recommended for choirs that excel in good timing and antiphon. The road to the cross is the backdrop for the fulfilling prophecy: the lamb that was slain for the sins of the world. There’s a consistent swelling in the choir as the tragedy unfolds: friends hide, but the Lamb stumbles on, without a word..  to have the choir end with a reverent sigh and acknowledge the goal of this sacrifice; a clear path to God’s Home!
